Debbie's Bloomers is excited to say that we have been El Paso's first stop for flowers for over 25 years!  

At Debbie's Bloomers your satisfaction is our #1 goal. We strive to provide exceptional artistry and quality with unparalleled customer service, all at reasonable prices.

We also focus on keeping up to date with the most current floral design trends and techniques through active participation in many floral organizations. We are members of the board with the New Mexico-WesTexas Teleflora Unit and the New Mexico State Regional Florist Association. We are also members of the Society of American Florists, Texas State Florist Association, Home Grown El Paso, and Go Texan. Debbie's Bloomers is the only El Paso flower shop with a Certified Texas Master Florist.

Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Debbie's Bloomers goes beyond traditional with a large selection of decorative gifts and home accessories. Our permanent arrangements are one of our most demanded product lines. Additionally, we carry several lines of candles, bath products, collectibles, framed art and stuffed animals. Our gourmet baskets are always a hit as well.

Mention weddings and the name "Debbie's Bloomers" will invariably come up. We have created thousands of dream weddings for our happy brides.

A local delivery fee of $7.50 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to help assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time maybe delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Although the shop is closed on Sundays, we will make funeral home deliveries as long as the order is received no latter than 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
